From my experience as a counsellor, I believe that almost everyone can benefit from counselling. If you feel unhappy in your life, down and upset or/and stressed, and you are ready to make a change in your life, counselling is for you.
If you want to learn more about yourself, your behaviour, your patterns, and how to improve your life and your relationship with family, friends and work; If you want someone to listen and give you a safe, emphatic and non-judgemental space to reflect, to communicate your feelings and thoughts, while you are supported and guided during the process - counselling is for you! |

I have been working as a counsellor for more than 15 years now. I have experience working with a range of difficulties, from depression and low mood, anxiety and stress, to anger issues, trauma and abuse, bereavement, bullying (at work or at school), low self esteem, work related problems, family and relationship issues (including couple counselling) and more.
